New vectors for tunable protein expression from Xbrane Bioscience
Stockholm, Sweden 16th of August 2011
Xbrane Bioscience develops innovative tools for efficient production of proteins. Based on requests from costumers and users, Xbrane Bioscience now offers Xbrane Rhamex System™ based vectors with a kanamycin resistance marker.
These vectors are very suitable for efficient large-scale production of proteins. Xbrane Rhamex System™ is tightly controlled and the expression intensity can be extremely well controlled to enable high expression yields, even of toxic and otherwise challenging proteins. The system is compatible with E. coli and other Gram-negative bacteria.
